Hence, in some communications it is the personal context that matters more while in others situational context has greater importance. Benefiting from situational and personal contexts is aimed at forming a successful communication in which the message is conveyed accurately and completely and has the optimum effect on the receiver. Using the views of social psychologists in the field of communication, this paper investigates human characteristics and situational factors that are effective in Quranic interpersonal communications.
