The level of effectives of these two contexts depends on the elements and constituents of communication. Hence, in some communications it is the personal context that matters more while in others situational context has greater importance. Benefiting from situational and personal contexts is aimed at forming a successful communication in which the message is conveyed accurately and completely and has the optimum effect on the receiver. Using the views of social psychologists in the field of communication, this paper investigates human characteristics and situational factors that are effective in Quranic interpersonal communications. ارتباطات انسانی در قرآن بر مبنای دو بافت تاثیرگذار شخصی و موقعيتی شکل می گیرند. میزان تأثیر این دو بافت نیز بسته به عناصر و اجزای ارتباط است. از این رو در برخی از ارتباطها، بافت شخصی و در برخی دیگر بافت موقعیتی اهمیت بیشتری می یابند. بهره گیری از بافتهای موقعیتی و شخصی نیز به هدف شکل گیری ارتباطی موفق است که در آن انتقال پیام از سوی فرستنده به شکلی صحیح و کامل انجام می پذیرد و بیشترین اثر را در مخاطب برجای می گذارد. این مقاله با بهره گیری از آراء روا نشناسان اجتماعی در زمینه ارتباط به تبیین خصوصیات انسانی و عوامل موقعیتی-وضعیتی مؤثر در ارتباطات میان فردی قرآنی، می پردازد. http://jiqs.ir/en/Article/Download/36980
