The miracle of the Quran is one of the favorite topics of commentators and religious researchers in the present era; Because by means of it, the truth of this divine religion can be proved. The presentation of religious topics, especially the miracles of the Qur'an, in the classroom can also be of great help in attracting students to religious education. So far, various scientific points from the verses of the Holy Quran have been discovered in connection with the topic of human creation. In this research article, based on library sources, a comparative comparison is made between the opinions of commentators, linguists and embryologists about verse 189 of Surah Al-A'raf, and using solid reasons, it is shown that the Quran tells a secret about the way in which the egg is contained by the sperms, fertilization between Their nucleus and zygote formation is mentioned. It should be mentioned that we have used the materials related to the subject mentioned in the 11th grade biology textbook for the purpose of effective and attractive teaching, so that students can be introduced to Quranic concepts through it. در تفسیر علمی قرآن، آیاتی که جنبه اعجازی آنها مورد بررسی قرار می‌گیرد، از اهمیت بیشتری برخوردارند. اعجاز قرآن، یکی از موضوعات مورد علاقه مفسران و پژوهشگران دینی در عصر حاضر است؛ زیرا به‌وسیله آن می‌توان حقانیت این دین الهی را به اثبات رساند. طرح مباحث دینی به خصوص اعجاز قرآن در کلاس درسی نیز می‌تواند کمک شایانی به جذب دانش‌آموزان به معارف دینی داشته باشد که خلاء چنین فعالیت‌هایی در منابع درسی محسوس است. تاکنون نکات علمی مختلفی از آیات قرآن کریم در ارتباط با مبحث خلقت انسان کشف‌شده است. در این مقاله پژوهشی براساس منابع کتابخانه‌ای، به مقایسه تطبیقی میان نظرات مفسران، لغویون و علم جنین‌شناسی حول آیه 189 سوره مبارکه اعراف پرداخته و با ذکر دلایل متقن، نشان داده می‌شود که قرآن با رازگویی، به نحوه دربرگرفتن تخمک توسط اسپرم‌ها، لقاح بین هسته آنها و تشکیل زیگوت اشاره‌کرده است. لازم به ذکر است از مطالب مرتبط با موضوع که در کتاب درسی زیست‌شناسی پایه یازدهم متوسطه دوم ذکرشده است، جهت تدریسی اثربخش و جذاب، استفاده کرده‌ایم تا بتوان به وسیله آن، دانش‌آموزان را با مفاهیم قرآنی آشنا نمود. http://jiqs.ir/fa/Article/Download/39843
