For this purpose, a research was conducted in the form of a quasi-experimental plan with pre-test and post-test and follow-up test in two groups. The statistical population of this research consisted of all students of high schools existing in the second region of Tehran Municipality. The statistical sample included 60 students from two different levels in the same school, i.e. two class groups from the 9th level and two class groups from the 10th level were selected by accessible sampling. Samples were randomly assigned to the controlling group and the experimenting group. The instrument used for this test was a researcher made questionnaire (on the attitude towards building relationship before the marriage) consisting of 30 questions. Repeated measures analysis of variance was used to analyze data. The research findings showed that teaching life skills based on Quran (branch of mental health in female and male relationships) has had an impact on the variable of high school girls’ attitude towards friendship with the opposite sex. Besides, analyzing the statistical data indicates the significance of the changes in the index of high school girls’ attitude towards friendship with the opposite sex. پژوهش حاضر به منظور بررسی تأثیر آموزش مهارت‌های زندگی با رویکرد قرآنی (شاخۀ سلامت روان در روابط دختر و پسر) بر نگرش دختران دبیرستانی نسبت به رابطه دوستی با جنس مخالف صورت گرفت. به این منظور پژوهشی در قالب یک طرح پژوهشی نیمه‌آزمایشی از نوع دو گروهی همراه با پیش‌آزمون، پس‌آزمون و آزمون پیگیری انجام گرفت. جامعۀ آماری این پژوهش کلیه دانش‌آموزان دبیرستان‌های منطقه دو تهران بود. نمونه آماری شامل شصت دانش‌آموز بود که از میان دو پایۀ تحصیلی از یک مدرسه انجام شد؛ به این صورت که دو کلاس از پایه نهم و دو کلاس از پایه دهم به شیوۀ نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. افراد گروه نمونه به طور تصادفی در گروه آزمایش و گروه کنترل گمارده شدند. ابزار مورد استفاده پرسشنامه محقق ساخته (نگرش به ارتباط قبل از ازدواج) با سی سوال بود. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها، از آزمون تحلیل واریانس مکرر استفاده شد. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد که آموزش مهارت‌های زندگی با رویکرد قرآنی (شاخه سلامت روان در روابط دختر و پسر) بر متغییر وابستۀ نگرش دختران دبیرستانی نسبت به رابطه دوستی با جنس مخالف تأثیر داشته و بررسی داده‌های آماری نیز بیانگر معنی‌دار بودن تغییرات در شاخص نگرش دختران دبیرستانی نسبت به رابطه دوستی با جنس مخالف است. http://jiqs.ir/fa/Article/Download/37070
