With each day passing by, the significance and the imperative role of this motto in the international arena becomes more and more apparent as it claims neither the civil pattern of the west (liberalism) nor the civil pattern of the east (Marxism) is capable of providing comprehensive, balanced and harmonized answers to the geometry of the true needs of man, society and history. According to this motto, the only school of thought capable of providing answers to the geometry of the true needs of man, society and history in a comprehensive, balanced and harmonized way is the religion of Islam and none other. However, the Islamic Republic within itself is facing various challenges to realize this strategic and crucial motto, which is intertwined with the future of Iran, the Islamic world and the humanity disenchanted with different isms (schools). One of these challenges is the lack of specialized and sub-specialized knowledge among the country’s officials about the most interdisciplinary and most strategic science of the time, namely social engineering. In realizing the motto of “Neither East Nor West, But the Islamic Republic”, we are like someone who has the needed construction materials and equipment and plans to build a skyscraper- one significantly taller than the present skyscrapers in the East and West- on the ruins of an old and dilapidated building (the -2500year-long system of oppressive monarchy). He is, however, unable to make the best use of the materials, equipment and opportunities available to him because he is not familiar with the latest and most advanced principles of construction science (an interdisciplinary science comprising architecture, structure, installations, etc). What is emphasized in this paper is the need for getting familiar with the most interdisciplinary science of the time, namely social engineering, and making use of this science along with the lofty and lustrous teachings of the holy Quran as the most vital and strategic materials for designing and building an allinclusive civil society capable of providing answers to the geometry of the true needs of man, society and history. It is hoped that by putting this science at the service of the Noble Quran, we can take a step towards overcoming the challenges the holy system of the Islamic Republic is facing, a step which can be a model for solving man’s problems and alleviating his pains. شعار «نه شرقی، نه غربی، جمهوری اسلامی» مهمترین و استراتژیک ترین شعار دهه های پایانی هزاره دوم بود و همچنان مهمترین و اصلی‌ترین راهبرد هزاره سوم است. و هر روز که از عمر این شعار می‌گذرد اهمیت و حساسیت و نقش آفرینی آن در صحنه نظام بین الملل بیش از پیش هویدا می‌شود زیرا این شعار مدعی است که نه الگوی مدنی شرق (مارکسیسم) قادر به پاسخگویی همه جانبه، متوازن و هماهنگ به هندسه نیازهای صادق انسان، جامعه و تاریخ است و نه الگوی مدنی غرب (لیبرالیسم) و تنها مکتبی که می‌تواند پاسخگوی هندسه نیازهای صادق انسان، جامعه و تاریخ به صورت همه جانبه، متوازن و هماهنگ باشد، دین مبین اسلام است و بس. اما جمهوری اسلامی در درون خود برای تحقق این شعار استراتژیک و حیاتی ـ که هم با سرنوشت ایران و هم سرنوشت جهان اسلام و هم سرنوشت بشریت سرخورده از ایسمهای گوناگون گره خورده ـ با چالشهای گوناگون مواجه است یکی از آن چالشها عدم آشنایی تخصصی و ریز تخصصی دست اندارکاران نظام با میان رشته ای ترین و استراتژیک ترین دانش زمان، یعنی مهندسی اجتماعی است. مثل مادر تحقق شعار «نه شرقی، نه غربی، جمهوری اسلامی» مثل کسی است که، ضمن داشتن مواد و مصالح و سایر امکانات لازم، می‌خواهد بر ویرانه یک ساختمان کهنه و فرسوده (نظام 2500 ساله ستم شاهی) آسمانخراشی بنا کند که چند سر و گردن از برج های موجود در شرق و غرب بلندتر باشد؛ اما به خاطر عدم آشنایی با آخرین و پیشرفته ترین اصول دانش ساختمان سازی (که یک دانش میان رشته‌ای مرکب از معماری، سازده، تاسیسات و ... است) قادر به اسفتده درست از مواد و مصالح و سایر امکانات و فرصتهای موجود نیست. در این مقاله بر ضرورت اشنایی با میان رشته ای ترین دانش زمان، یعنی مهندسی اجتماعی، به عنوان یک ابزار استراتژیک، و استفاده از آن در کنار آموزه های نورانی و بلند قرآن کریم، به عنوان حیاتی ترین و راهبردی ترین مواد و مصالح طراحی و تأسیس یک جامعه مدنی جامع که باید پاسخگوی هندسه نیازهای صادق انسان، جامعه و تاریخ باشد، تأکید شده است. امید آنکه با در خدمت قران قرار دادن این دانش بتوان گامی در راستای غلبه بر چالشهای نظام مقدس جمهوری اسلامی ایران که می‌تواند الگویی برای حل مشکلات بشری و کاستن از آلام ایاشن باشد برداشت. http://jiqs.ir/fa/Article/Download/36995
