Social engineering is used in the west for some time to improve the social problems and to manage the institutions of the society better. " Quran and social engineering" has been presented in Iran at a previous time by Dr Soleiman Khakban in order to localize social engineering based on the principles of Islam religion and its use at the service of the Islamic republic of Iran. In my opinion the article has some ambiguities that I examine them in the present article. Methods: My method in this article is critically. in other worlds, critical discourse analysis. I examine the article critically. It seems that it needs a scientific operation. Conclusion: If social engineering becomes localized properly it can remove the social difficulties and it makes the management of the social institutions in Iran better. And finally it can notably help the development and the honor of the Islamic system. But for this purpose it is necessary to remove that propounded ambiguities and "social engineering with Quranic tendency" should be explained and then the way of starting and using of this knowledge should also be defined precisely. پیشرفت دنیای غرب در عرصههای مختلف، مرهون تلاشهای علمی‌اندیشمندان آن دیار در پایه ریزی و گسترش علوم مختلف بوده است. این واقعیت سبب شده است که از مدتها پیش در جهان سوم و از جمله جوامع اسلامی، گروهی از روشنفکران به دنبال استفاده از علوم غربی برای ایجاد پیشرفت در جامعه ی خود باشند. حضور این علوم در جامعه ی ایران اثبات کرد که پذیرش بی چون و چرا و استفاده ی افسار گسیخته از این علوم نه تنها موجبات پیشرفت کشورمان را فراهم نمی‌کند بلکه به دلیل مغایرت مبانی این علوم با مبانی اسلامی، در دراز مدت تأثیرات سوء بیشماری در فرهنگ جامعه و ساختار نهادها و سازمانهای اجتماعی خواهد گذاشت و به تدریج جامعه را به سوی سکولاریزه شدن سوق خواهد داد. این مسأله باعث شد که پس از انقلاب اسلامی ایران، علی الخصوص در سالهای اخیر، به بومی‌سازی علوم غربی، توجه جدی شود. دانش «مهندسی اجتماعی» به عنوان دانشی برای مدیریت، اصلاح و پیشرفت هر چه بهتر جوامع، از دهه های قبل در دنیای غرب مورد استفاده قرار می‌گیرد. دکتر سلیمان خاکبان مدتی پیش با طرح ایده ی «مهندسی اجتماعی با گرایش قرآنی» درصدد بومی سازی این دانش برآمده اند. جدیترین اظهار نظر ایشان در این زمینه ارائه ی مقاله ای بوده است با عنوان «قرآن کریم و مهندسی اجتماعی». ولی به نظر می‌رسد آنچه در این مقاله آمده است دارای ابهاماتی است که بدون رفع آن ابهامات، این بومی‌سازی درست انجام نخواهد شد. این نوشتار به نقد و بررسی ابهامات آن مقاله پرداخته است تا در حد خود فرصتی فراهم آورد برای راه اندازی درست دانش مهندسی اجتماعی با گرایش قرآنی». http://jiqs.ir/fa/Article/Download/36956
