In this research, the EEG data of two groups of 15 memorizers and non-memorizers of the Qur'an were recorded and then extracted from 48 pieces of brain signals using ERP signal averaging method, and a brain map was created from the energy of ERP signals. This feature is so comprehensive that no creature is left without it. The general guidance of the Almighty God can be divided into three types of natural, rational, and legislative guidance. Sending guidance is one of the branches of legislative guidance; this type of guidance is actually a complement to natural and rational guidance. God Almighty has provided the need for legislative guidance through the prophets and their successors. In the Holy Quran, the Old Testament, and the New Testament, the existence of prophets and the need for them are mentioned, and the origin and issuer of moral laws and the role of the interpreters of these sacred texts are specified; however, these texts have different views on the infallibility of the prophets. Even in the Old Testament, this infallibility was severely damaged. This article, which is a descriptive-analytical method, seeks to explain, criticize, and compare legislative guidance in Abrahamic قرآن به وسیله خبر واحد است. ضرورت بررسی موضوع از آن جهت است که پذیرش و عدم پذیرش آن موجب تفاوت در استنباط احکام فقهی و در نتیجه اختلاف فتاوا می گردد. این نوشتار پس از بیان ادله اصولیین درباره&amp;zwnj;ی تخصیص عمومات و تقیید اطلاقات قرآن با خبر واحد، به روش کتابخانه ای و تحلیلی به نقد و بررسی آن پرداخته و برخی از اختلاف فتاوا مانند حرمت ربا در همه ی موارد، عدم قصر نماز در موارد غیر از خوف، حرمت رضاع به صورت خاص، عدم تفاوت فرزندان اعم از مشروع و زنا زاده در ارث و... را برشمرده است. پس از بررسی مجموع دلایل آرا گوناگون در این زمینه از جمله حجیت خبر واحد و تخصیص قرآن با آن؛ عدم &amp;nbsp;تخصیص و تقیید قرآن با خبر واحد به سبب عدم حجیت آن و تخصیص قرآن با خبر واحد در صورتی که قبلاً با دلیل قطعی دیگری تخصیص خورده باشد به این نتیجه رسیده است که با توجه به اینکه قرآن در مقام بیان language="eng">توسعه» داراي ابعاد گوناگوني است؛ ابعاد توسعه شامل تمامي بخش¬هاي اقتصادي، سياسي، اجتماعي و فرهنگي جامعه مي¬باشد. از اين حيث در علم اقتصاد، تفاوت مفهومي با مقوله «رشد» دارد. بنابراين براي پيشرفت همه جانبه جوامع لازم است به توسعه با اين معناي جامع اهتمام شود. در اين ميان دولت¬ها که اصلي¬ترين نقش را در توسعه ايفا مي¬کنند، در کشورهاي مختلف با نواقصي روبرو هستند چرا که تعريف آنها از توسعه داراي کاستي است؛ مثلاً در دول غربي به رشد اقتصادي به جاي توسعه پرداخته شده است. و در ايران نيز، نيل به توسعه هنوز محقق نشده است. براي تحقق توسعه¬ي مطلوب، به بررسي ابعاد «توسعه نيافتگي» پرداخته و «فقر»  و «اتلاف منابع» به ويژه اتلاف منابع انساني بررسي شده¬ است. اين تحقيق با روي¬آورد بين¬رشته¬اي و با روش توصيفي- تحليلي به آموزه¬هاي قرآن و نهج¬البلاغه در زمينه¬ي توسعه¬نيافتگي و حصول شواهد ديني آن نيز پرداخته است. آيات قرآن و عبارات اميرالمؤمنين(ع) بر إبعاد از فقر فردي و اجتماعي و بهره¬وري درست و کامل از تمامي منابع به عنوان نعمات و مواهب الهي دلالت دارد که اين خود موجب تحقق «توسعه» مي-شود. در اين language="eng">In addition to encouraging science learning, the Holy Qur'an has mentioned some principles and indicators in order to place the path of scientific movement in the framework of methodology. This macro format proposed by the Qur'an includes a wide field of sciences, and by telling the paths of advancement of sciences, it helps to correct the deviations of the science learning process and remove the damages; In such a way that paying attention to these principles both in the choice of the type of science and in the path of movement will lead to the confirmation of the verses of the Qur'an. In order to achieve this goal, the present research seeks to explain the general principles and indicators of scientism from the perspective of the Holy Quran by analyzing the verses of the Holy Quran and inferring from the life of Mohadan, using data and library resources. &lt;p style="text-align: left;"&gt;This article examines the concept of &amp;ldquo;soft war&amp;rdquo; as a cultural, psychological, and media attack to change the beliefs and values ​​of Islamic societies from the perspective of the Quran. The main goal is to explain the internal contexts that underlie this war (such as worldliness, division, and disobedience to religious leadership), the enemy&amp;rsquo;s methods (including rumor-mongering, de-religiousization, and the spread of prostitution), and to present Quranic strategies for countering it. Considering verses such as &amp;ldquo;وَ الْفِتْنَةُ أَشَدُّ مِنَ الْقَتْلِ&amp;rdquo;, soft war is considered more dangerous than hard war due to its profound impact on the faith and unity of society, and its recognition is essential for preserving Islamic identity. Using a descriptive-analytical method and citing verses of the Quran and authoritative interpretations, the findings show that the enemy uses contexts such as: confusion between right and wrong, worldliness, and internal division.And it uses methods such as: distorting religious concepts, spreading rumors, sowing discord, and promoting prostitution to create soft war.
